Registration has closed for next month’s English Nationals Singles at Loughborough – and the take-up has been huge.
More than 400 players will take part in the competition in the first weekend of May, with 224 on the list for Saturday and 182 for Sunday.
The fun festival, which also takes place across both days, is expected to attract up to 100 players – and registration for that is still open.
That means 500 pickleballers will be enjoying the event – which is an incredible number bearing in mind the competition is only for singles players.
Spectators are welcome to come along and add to what’s sure to be a great atmosphere – but if you’re unable to attend, the Championship Court will be livestreamed on Pickleball England’s YouTube and Facebook channels.
