Fleet Aces fell just short in their world record attempt for the most number of pickleball players participating in their single continuous game for Comic Relief – but still raised thousands for a great cause.
As of the time of typing, they have raised over £3,300 – and had 120 different players participating over the 12 hours.
The day also included a skills challenge and a prize raffle, with donations from retailers and businesses, including Skechers, UK Pickleball Shop, The Pickleball Store, Pickleball England, Standout, The Club, Elements Yoga Studio, Balance your Body, 217 Menswear, Anthony Blair and more.
The club would also like to thank all at the Hart Leisure Centre (Everyone Active) for the donation of the courts used throughout the day.
